Promoted company morale

Produced branding materials, conducted interviews, created giveaways, internal campaigns, and external plans to promote and to celebrate 1000 + SCI team members.

Campaign

Planning Event

  • Created content for branding SCI Day events: 2023, 2024 & 2025.

    • banners, signage, agenda, run of show, vendor shot list, branded swag (shirts, hats, umbrellas, fans and cups.)

  • Identified and coordinated with SCI team members to conduct interviews to include executive leaders, senior leadership , supervisors, case managers and support planners.

  • Identified campaigns for content (National Case Management Week, Employee Appreciation Day. Structured interviews to produce evergreen content for internal and external use (social media, newsletter, internal employee site SharePoint, internal eblast, press releases.

Event Content Capture

  • Managed and coordinated with photographer (Rob Jinks photography) and video production crew (88 Visual) to obtain imagery, B-roll and footage that captured SCI culture, in addition to on-site interviews.

  • Captured and encouraged SCI team member engagement via testimonials and event recaps.

  • Provided opening remarks for the SCI Day 2024 social reel.

Post-Event

  • Internal Campaigns

    • Presented videos, imagery, and quotes from SCI Day at leadership meetings and Town Hall.

    • Published internal team member dedication page (528 views) highlighting National Case Management Week (2024, 2025) using testimonials, shout-outs, footage, and video captured from event. As a result, there was a significant increase in engagement from previous years.

    • Wrote and branded CEO internal email announcing National Case Management Week and footage from SCI Day.

  • External Campaigns

    • Planned, produced, and executed initiatives including, visual identity, content for landing pages, social content (28.77% engagement rate), newsletters, email-marketing, event marketing, and press assets.


Created an engaging workplace

Created a celebratory campaign recognizing SCI’s achievement of 1000 team members. This significant achievement highlighted the growth, dedication, and collective effort of SCI’s team.

Internal Campaign

  • Created a communications plan to capture and coordinate photos and videos during SCI’s monthly team member training with a goal to obtain team member interviews, reflections, and pictures to celebrate SCI’s huge milestone of reaching 1000 team members.

  • Identified tenured team members and new team members to interview to allow for a variety of shared experiences and reflections about being employed with SCI. (Years of service ranged from 2 months to 30+ years).

  • Created content for branded giveaways (celebratory pins), and banners. Coordinated and helped create script for internal video, and eblast from CEO to announce team member awards and prizes.

  • Created content for and edited internal page on SharePoint including team member testimonials, internal videos, and instructions for team members to access SCI’s online store. 

External Campaign

  • Shared images captured and created content for SCI’s social media channels, landing pages, website, and recruitment materials.

  • Used branded logos, and imagery to promote these achievements for 4-6 weeks externally.

Encouraged team members to participate in the Energage Survey, explaining the purpose and how it will enhance SCI’s brand, increase employee retention and engagement, and increase new hires within the organization.

Internal Campaign

  • Created internal emails and presentations informing team members about the survey that relies on team member feedback for rankings for top workplaces. Sent out reminder emails and Microsoft Teams company-wide messaging.

  • As a result, SCI was awarded the following 2023 and 2024 recognitions for Top Workplaces USA, Baltimore Sun, and The Washington Post: Purpose & Values, Work-Life Flexibility, Compensation & Benefits, Innovation, and leadership.

  • Created internal email blasts thanking Team Members for their participation in the survey.

External Campaign

  • Created a 12-16-week campaign utilizing Top Workplaces badge for social media, recruitment sites, SCI landing pages, website, external emails, press releases and promotion materials.

  • Created recruitment content including Top Workplaces badge to spread awareness and convey SCI’ work culture and reputation. increased engagement, growth, and retention rate.
