Campaign Plan

Created communications plan to revamp and promote SCI’s new Team Member Handbook internally.

  • Coordinated with vendors and People & Culture to create a user friendly, interactive report with live links.

  • Added team member testimonials & quotes reinforcing SCI’s culture and people-first language.

  • Managed vendors and collaborated with SCI’s design team to create cohesive content and design ideas to ensure SCI brand consistency.

  • Created curated internal emails and announcements introducing the launch of new Team Member handbook.

  • Created dedicated internal SharePoint page with FAQ’s, essential information, and the new interactive embedded Team Member Handbook.

  • Managed project progress and timeline to ensure a timely delivery that met deadline needs.

Increased brand awareness & sought opportunities to extend SCI’s brand with key stakeholders and community partners.

Campaign Plan

  • Successfully produced and published SCI’s FY21, FY22, FY23 and Fy24 Annual Report.

  • Scheduled and led brainstorming meetings with MarCom team for Annual Report theme ideas.

  • Produced content, conducted department interviews, and coordinated the production and release of reports. Created production schedule and timeline for report that included gathering content, edits to content, design, and publishing schedule and post-production campaigns.

External Content

  • Created public relation campaigns for social media (12-16- week campaign highlighting SCI programs and SCI Impact stories (client testimonials) that increased engagement and enhanced SCI’s online presence, contributing to the increased visibility and growth in social media metrics of 23.5% with original content.

  • Produced Press Release announcing SCI’s Annual Report to media contacts, and community partners.

  • Created a feature that was published in SCI’s bi-weekly external email newsletter.

Internal Content

  • Wrote an internal email blast highlighting the launch of the Annual Reports to all SCI team members.

  • Presented and shared via a Townhall (1000 employees).

Monitored external and internal communications across public facing and internal platforms to ensure cohesive messaging and visibility, conveying the overall brand of Montcordia, a Home Care Management agency.

Establish Brand

  • Created social media posts to include team spotlights, client testimonials, and relevant organic content highlighting Montcordia’s brand.

  • Created targeted recruitment marketing materials to help retain top, qualified applicants to become Care Managers, CNAs etc.

  • Created targeted marketing materials to promote Montcordia brand to targeted clientele.

  • Created radio scripts promoting Montcordia via WTOP radio and talking points and content for article and magazine features (in Bethesda Magazine and Stroll Ijamsville).

  • Created content for brochures, flyers, team bio’s, website and promotion materials for potential client consultations.

Increase Visibility

  • Researched opportunities to spread visibility and awareness for Montcordia. Positioned Montcordia as a reputable and credible home care agency, by submited Montcorida into the Bethesda Magazine’s “Best of Bethesda” Readers Poll contest.

  • Created an internal email blast to Montcordia team with a Call To Action and encouraged votes on Montcordia social media and website.

  • As a result, Montcordia' was named 2023 "Best in Home Health Care Provider” category. Promoted this award on Montcordia’s social media platforms and website.
